I received an email this morning from the company saying that a higher dose might be necessary for some. So, in all fairness to them, perhaps going up to 3 capsules will give me a better experience. For me, the 2 capsules dose didn’t do too much. But I’ll try 3 tomorrow.

I have tried dozens of different supplements to help with energy and focus. Grind works for me, and has become part of my daily supplement routine.

Love it its there when i need it helps me focus sometimes hyper focus. Dont really give me energy but ive been diagnosed as ADHD and they wanted me taking 2- 70 vyvanses a day and no i mean vyvanse worked better than others but I was still a zombie didnt like it. These pills cost a little more than I had to spend on my medication with insurance but they dont have the bad side effects so worth it. Plus I dont need everyday just the days when I need to be on my game. There are days I take it and dont feel anything though thats why 4 stars but maybe im just beyond help that day lol

Noticable gain of energy works well for me.

So far, so good! My husband and I both recently started taking this and we can definitely tell a difference. Energy levels are up, thinking more clearly, more motivated. I suffer from anxiety and depression and my symptoms have definitely decreased. We haven't quite finished our first bottle yet and I already came back and ordered us a second bottle. Don't want to run out!!

I only recently started my daily grind but so far so good. It has seemed to give me more energy and motivation to get started with my daily events. I'll have to revisit that his review again after a month and see where I stand then.

I started taking it 3 days ago and the Difference it’s made is Crazy! I have fibromyalgia so I never have energy but this is giving me the energy I need without jitters it’s just normal energy. Hey all, I was asked to leave a review and I can honestly say day ten “today” is a game changer!
I started with one dose per day in the morning on an empty stomach…nothing…day three upped to 2 doses in the morning…nothing…day 5 I upped to three doses in the morning…maybe feeling better, not sure…Day 8…three doses in the morning and then 1 extra dose at noon…at 3 pm was a game changer…Totally at ease with life on 4 doses…maybe I should update after tomorrow but today was a game changer….

Really experiencing better energy, feel better, clearer.

It definitely did get me through my day without feeling tired. It gave me a bit of an energy boost, no jitters.

The first few times I took it I noticed the most noticeable difference, more energy, more vibing with my music & feeling social in my surroundings. Now that it’s been a few weeks I feel like I notice it more when I take 3 or I take my second dose of 2 for the day

Absolutely buying again! I am 51 & post menopausal already. I started with one capsule a day for a couple of weeks & did not feel a difference & figured I wasted money on yet another supplement. BUT... I decided to up my dose to 2 capsules every morning & that is what works for me.
